Two women wear one dress length and show how versatile it can really be.

Not long ago, many shied away from the midi-dress because they thought the dress length was just for summer, and for evening and even then, only for the very slim. We can firmly say that those were all myths, because midi’s are a fab daytime option, in any season and on any and every body type. Plus, midi-dresses can be styled in a number of different ways, as these two ladies are here to show us.

Rachel

First up we have Rachel from @Fashionable_later who describes her style as ‘stylish and sustainable’. Here she is giving her look some serious personality. Rachel’s taken a pretty floral long-sleeve midi and layered it was a sumptuous olive green poncho – making it chill-proof. She’s then added some chunky sky-blue ankle socks and funky white lace up ankle boots meaning she is sure to stand out from the crowd.

Rachel says, “I am wearing a dress from Baukjen layered up with a poncho from Loop Cashmere – two sustainable brands, based in the UK. I’ve teamed my boots with socks for a fun and funky look.”

Tina

Next up we have Tina from @chic50style who describes her style as ‘clean, simple and elegant’. She’s wearing a chic velvety high-necked midi with gorgeous floral embroidery. The fabric choice is perfect for winter and the classic tote ties in the tones from the flower pattern on the dress.

Tina says, “The dress is Zara, shoes are from Office and the bag is Jones Bootmaker. My style inspiration is Lauren Bacall.”
