Our readers show how they work their day looks with flair.

These women have outdone themselves showing how fashion over 50 can be edgy, cool and ever so wearable.

Jill

First we have Jill, who describes her style as “Casual but flirty” in her day-to-day look. If you can’t be parted from your skinny jeans, Jill should be your inspiration. Her straight cut jeans with the frayed hem, ending above the ankle look fresh and cool, especially when paired with chunky trainers and a leather jacket. The classic tan tote and the neck scarf tie the look together.

Jill says, “My jeans are recycled, my trainers are from Zara and my bag is Madewell.”

Letitia

Meanwhile Letitia, who says her style is “Cool and Edgy” oozes attitude in this look. The drop crotch jeans are as trendy as they are comfy and the same can be said for the charcoal slouchy t-shirt. The camo jacket gives the look a unique spin and the suede and shearling ankle boots, from FitFlop, look so cosy.

Describing her outfit, Letitia says,  “I’m wearing FitFlop boots with Wish trousers and a top. My camo jacket is from an army shop.”

Karen

Lastly there is Karen from @stylebykpa, who describes her style as, “Colourful with a bit of edge.”

Here she layers a fire engine red coat with a fine knit jumper in the exact same shade. She’s then gone for a button through denim midi. We love that she has found a way to make what could just be a summer skirt work for winter by pairing it with pointed knee-high boots.

Karen says, “I’m a big fan of colour and love to wear it all year round.”
